The hotel is good for the Shinjuku area, once you are familiar with it. Was able to check in late around midnight after long delays getting through the airport and out there by train.

Amenities are very well equipped. Among the front desk staff, they are kind except for one male staff member with a perm. The cleaners and other staff are all friendly. Hotel meals are also good. But there is a bit of a smell in the bathroom. It feels a bit old, but it's a really good hotel compared to the price. I want to go again next time.

Walking distance to central Shinjuku. Well equipped room, big variety of amenities available. Staff are nice however English need to be more fluent.
