It was comfortable for a long stay. You can smoke, but there were no chairs so I wanted to sit comfortably. It was difficult to park due to the surrounding parking lots. The room was comfortable.

We loved everything about where we stayed; the location, the property, amenities, it was all great!
Communication and info before we arrived was excellent, however, when we tried to contact Akiko during our stay, she never responded to my email.
At first, we didn’t know how to operate the washer, and one of the dining room chair legs was cracked, but didn’t get a response.
That was not a deal breaker, though, we will definitely stay there again!!

Convenient to dining, subway station, convenience stores, fast food - McDonald's, baskin-robbins, etc. I would recommend this place and would stay there again.
Washer dryer was available in condominium. It does a great job. However, there was no laundry detergent. I had trouble trying to figure out what to buy due to minimal English on packaging.

The apartment is well located near the subway station. The living room is spacious and has plenty of storage space for luggage. Lots of supermarkets and small restaurants nearby. However, the location is not in Shibuya and cars are not allowed to drive in front of the house. The rooms are not soundproof. The neighbors were quite loud.
