We stayed in this hotel as a family. We booked 3 Twin Standard rooms and I would say the size of the room is decent. It is enough for 2 opened big lugagges, but you will feel cramped. Their breakfast is standard, and there is not variety since we stayed there for 5 nights and it is always the same each day. The great things about this hotel would be it is connected to a mall and their Natural Onsen is definitely a MUST GO! It is a very nice onsen in the heart of Tokyo city!

The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety, including sashimi, miso soup, and Western pastries. The only downside is the coffee, which isn't great. The hotel itself is very well-designed; though small, it makes excellent use of space. It's also connected to the onsen at the adjacent mall, which is lovely for a soak in the evening. Just outside the hotel, there's an all-you-can-eat Japanese hotpot that's really delicious. For Odaiba, it's super convenient for accessing the three malls and various attractions.

The hotel is in the mall and that makes it a great location to access shops, restaurants etc. The self check in process is also nice. You can also reserve sauna here.

Rooms are slightly bigger than those standard rooms in Japan. Self check in and check out. Self storing luggage as well. Located beside a small mall and 5 mins walk to monorail. Away from the hectic tourist areas. About 30 mins by train from disneyland.

Room size was decent, service was just ok and staffs not very helpful. Entire experience in this hotel does not have personal touch.
However location is good and near to disney, shibuya etc

Coming to Japan for a last-minute business trip, booking a hotel was such a hassle. Everyone knows hotels in Tokyo are small and expensive, and it was Halloween to top it off. Everything was overpriced and fully booked. I was so grateful to find this hotel near where I needed to be. The room was quite spacious and clean, and the best part is the price was comparable to what you'd pay for a 10-square-meter room. It was an absolute steal!
