입실시간보다 1시간이나 먼저 도착했는데도 그냥 들어가라 해주시고 인사도 매번해주셔서 좋았어요

The room is very large for Shinjuku's environment
You can open two large suitcases at the same time and still have room to move around.
The hotel staff is very friendly. Although there is a self-service check-in machine, the staff still proactively provide assistance.
You can store your luggage for free on the day you check out, which is very good
The sanitary environment is average. There are still hairs left behind on the bedding and toilets after cleaning.
The downstairs of the hotel is very noisy, it’s ***, it’s not recommended for a whole family to stay here
