The CP of the breakfast meal is very low and not delicious. Compared with Okinawa stay, it scores 0 points...
Even the lights in the room were out of order, there were holes in the ceiling, and the dryer wouldn't dry at all...

The second time I stayed at Tokyu Stay Ginza... Unfortunately, I encountered a rude front desk staff... It turns out that I have been accustomed to holding multiple backup key cards (i.e. 2 key cards) for many years... because I sometimes miss them. The key card was in the room... so I answered one as a backup... I mainly used the other one... but the staff only knew how to say "Why!?" (and was very aggressive)... I said I need more than one as a backup...I understand that I can only book for one person when I book a room (I am only staying for one person)! But when I asked if each guest can only get one key card... he responded with another "Why!?"... Finally, I have to say: "I request 2 key cards as a guest!" "Is he going to give it to you!?" He wanted to give me one more card first... 😡 In fact, experienced front desk staff will understand that if I want to stay with multiple people... One card to book two door cards is simply not possible It doesn't matter... I have been to different areas on business trips and personal trips for many years... This is my first time working at the front desk and questioned me for having more than one key card...🙈

Excellent location and very convenient for shopping! However, the space is too small. If you have children, you may have to book a quadruple room directly. Otherwise, the two suitcases cannot be opened. However, the quick cleaning every day is excellent. Breakfast is not recommended at all. I don’t know what to eat and there are not enough staff.
