Очень неудобный лифт, подниматься нужно на 14 этаж на ресепшн, и оттуда спускаться на другом лифте на свой этаж. Со своего этажа можно сразу вниз. Расположение отеля отличное, рядом со станцией метро, в шаговой доступности вокзал Токио

第二次入住，位於東京站附近，東京站是個巨大的交通樞紐，可坐新幹線。酒店地理位置優越，離日本橋（高島屋）、銀座、八丁堀地鐵站、東京站步行可達。離秋葉原、新宿涉谷池袋等地電車也十分方便。周邊設施齊全，每走幾步各種便利店。酒店乾淨衞生安靜，床和被子非常舒服，廁所乾濕分離，空間足夠，前台可寄存行李。

東京車站行過嚟唔算太遠，15分鐘左右，位置不錯。唯一唔好嘅地方，如果你夜晚好想搵嘢食或者行街呢度唔係好岩你😂

房間非常整潔舒適，在日本房間算大了，可以輕鬆打開兩個20吋行李，位置亦非常方便，有機會，會再次選擇入住黎間酒店。

새로지은 호텔이라서 시설도 좋고 주변에 회사둘이 많아 조용했어요. 도쿄역에서 도보로 약 12~15분 거리였는데 이동시간이 좀더 짧았으면 했습니다. 침대가 푹신하고 편해서 잠을 푹 잘잤어요. 다소 아쉬운건 큰 캐리어를 피니 침대사이로 지나다니기가 좀 그랬어요. 그거밀고 시설이나 호텔방안은 깨끗했습니다. 로비에서 보는 풍경이 너무 멋졌어요.

部屋はとても綺麗だったが、とにかく狭い。
バストイレ別なのとアメニティが充実している点は良い。
朝のエレベーターが混雑していて全く来ない。

We had a good stay. Room was good and spacious by Japanese standards with good amenities. However there was a security issue - someone had entered our room while we were out to remove a placeholder keycard for the room’s electricity. I raised this with the hotel to get back to us on why this was the case but they did not get back when we checked out.
