Just wanted to share my recent experience with a hotel in Tokyo. So, I accidentally booked a room, realized my mistake like five minutes later, and tried to cancel. But get this—the hotel wouldn't budge and insisted on charging me for the full three nights! Can you believe that? I get that businesses have policies, but seriously? No leniency for an honest mistake? It's pretty clear they care more about squeezing every penny out of you than about actual customer satisfaction. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. There are plenty of other hotels in Osaka that won't leave you feeling ripped off and frustrated. Trust me, your wallet and your sanity will thank you later.

Very close to Kamata Station, convenient for eating and transportation

They let you store your luggage for free, and although the room was a bit small, it was comfortable as I was only going to sleep for a bit.

The location is very close to the west exit of Kamata Station. I don't think anyone would be confused. The area around the hotel is a busy downtown area and shopping district, so I was worried because there were so many restaurants, fast food, and popular ramen shops. Pizza can also be delivered. When it arrived, I received a call and went to the first floor to pick it up. The room was a family room, so it was nice and spacious. No bathtub. There are no amenities for women. Please bring your toothbrush, hairbrush, shaver, etc. from the front desk. Pajamas are separate and comfortable. If one elevator overlaps with the cleaning time, it will not be used by the cleaning staff. Even when I came, I couldn't get on. . The hotel staff is very responsive, but there doesn't seem to be any Japanese staff.

The room was spacious and clean, but the water pressure in the shower was low.

Book for 3 pax. Added a bed for son and there limited space to walk. No floor space to open a luggage, have to put on the bed to open.

Clean and full of life, there are supermarkets, shopping malls and snack streets

The hotel is not bad but the rooms are a little small. There were 4 of us and it was tight. The area is close to shops and restaurant. Walking distance to train station.

It's a small hotel, but I was able to relax.

The space was compact, but clean and comfortable. I wish the refrigerator was a little bigger. I also wanted a freezer.
