It's great. The front desk is enthusiastic and patient. The room space is planned to be comfortable and not crowded for 4 people. I can't bear to go out even if I stay in the room. It's worth having such a room type in Shinjuku. I will come back next time.

A little far from train station but the room is spacious and it’s more like a service apartment than a hotel. Sufficient for a family of four.

It's very family-friendly, with four beds arranged so the kids can sleep very comfortably. When I checked in, I was told that only the toilets would be cleaned and towels changed every day, and the beds and quilts would not be made or changed. It's very close to Shinjuku Station on foot, and there are plenty of restaurants on the street.
