房間比較小，但位置很好，周邊方便，早餐不咋地。

The front desk staff were all very kind and polite. They answered all my questions and I felt the warm service. I was informed in advance when I was cleaning during my three-day stay. Although my luggage was a bit messy, the cleaning service tried to avoid my "mess" and did its best. I was very grateful when I opened the door. I needed to leave the hotel at the end. I wanted to experience the luggage delivery service between hotels for the first time. The Sakura sister who helped me make the reservation made me feel relieved. Her voice was soft and happy. Another waiter was also very polite and considerate when sending the luggage. I think I will experience the luggage delivery service again because of such service. This is a hotel with a good location, excellent service and warm room layout (although it is normal for Tokyo hotels to be small). However, our family of three opened the two large and one small suitcases in the room and walked without any problems. I think if I come to Tokyo again, I will book agora again.

房間不大但兩床合併後顯得超大，地頭不錯，出行便捷！

The room is relatively small and the location is good. It is quiet in the bustle and not far from Ginza. The nearest subway station is Higashi Ginza. You can go directly to Narita Airport without changing trains, provided you understand the train schedule first.
