Cozy hotel is a very convenient locations. Staffs are nice and helpful . Rooms are clean and bed are comfortable. Recommend!

we chose two single bed room, larger than expected in Tokyo. washroom ventilation was ok but acceptable. location was good, only 3 mins walk to station.

This is a great hotel! The front desk service is excellent, there's a convenience store right outside, and the location is fantastic. Plus, there's a skewers restaurant right by the entrance. Highly recommend! The Nihonbashi subway station is also right outside the door.

The hotel is very close to the subway station, just a few minutes' walk. The downsides are that it doesn't have vending machines or laundry facilities, and the common areas are quite small.

I had a layover in Tokyo on a Saturday, and to my surprise, hotel prices were ridiculously high. So, I frantically scoured platforms, looking for a clean place with a good location. This hotel barely had any reviews, and hardly anyone on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media app) had written about it, but I decided to take a chance. It was only 600 JPY for one night, located in the Hatchobori area, just one stop from Tokyo Station. [Location] The hotel is a 3-minute walk from Hatchobori Station, making it super convenient to get around. It's two stops to Tsukiji Market, Ginza is within walking distance, and Tokyo Tower is also very close. Shinjuku and Shibuya are in different directions, about a 30-minute subway ride. Disneyland is also quite close, roughly a 20-minute subway ride. [Facilities] This is an ICI Hotel, a Japanese chain, opened in 2020. The lobby was packed with luggage; you can store your bags, but keep in mind that check-out is at 10 AM. [Room] The room is genuinely small, only 9 square meters... it's hard to open a large suitcase. However, the room is very clean!! At this price, it's perfect for budget travelers. No need to stay in a hostel when you can have a private room at this price; I can't ask for more. [Service] The front desk staff was quite friendly, which is to be expected from a chain hotel. In summary, the hotel is clean and well-located. The downside is the small room, but it's ideal for those who spend their days out exploring Tokyo and don't plan on spending much time in the hotel.

This hotel is super close to JR Hatchobori Station's B2 exit, which is great because it has an elevator – a huge plus when you're lugging suitcases around. You can also get to Disneyland directly via JR without any transfers. I took a bus from Narita Airport to Tokyo Station, then hopped on the JR line to the hotel. Besides JR, there are other subway lines nearby, making it convenient for shopping in Ginza. While there aren't tons of restaurants and convenience stores right around the corner, there are enough to get by. The room layout is classic Japanese style, but I loved that they utilized the space under the bed for luggage storage. Cleanliness was also top-notch; my room was cleaned daily.

Every thing is perfect!! They have free airport shuttle bus service and store luggages as well. Especially, the resturant in the hotel, it's great test!! Recomended Kurobuta steak!!!

Clean, convenient and near to subway station

This hotel was by far the most disappointing part of my trip to Japan, seriously dampening my travel mood! I've barely written any negative reviews in my life, but this place was truly, truly disgusting. We had already informed the hotel in advance that we would pay the late check-out fee, yet we were still constantly harassed by the staff. I told them we just needed another three to five minutes to close our suitcases and leave, but even this simple request was directly denied. Your hotel clearly states the late check-out fee is 2,000 JPY per hour, and we only extended our stay by three hours, yet we were charged 8,000 JPY. I questioned this on the spot, as according to their policy, three hours should cost 6,000 JPY. Even if 8,000 JPY was charged, it should correspond to a four-hour extension. Why were we being forcibly rushed out when we had only extended by three hours? After that, they knocked on our door repeatedly, constantly sent messages using a translation app to pressure us, and even threatened to make us return to our home country if we didn't leave immediately. This kind of service attitude is completely unacceptable and not only severely affected our travel mood but also led to a very bad stay experience. Frequent issues with room amenities: The room was so small that we couldn't even fully open our suitcases, and the facilities were full of complaints. The air conditioning's heating was terrible; the room temperature dropped to 15℃ at night, making it difficult to sleep. The hot water for showering was intermittent, and the water pressure was so weak I couldn't even rinse my hair properly. The Wi-Fi signal frequently dropped, making it hard to look up directions or upload photos. The pillows were too soft, offering no neck support, leading to a sore neck after a night's sleep. Secondly, the housekeeping service was a disaster and severely disturbed guests' rest. Every morning during cleaning hours, two housekeepers would not only chat loudly outside our door, their clamor repeatedly penetrating through; when handling cleaning basins and tools, their movements were rough, with frequent banging and clanging noises reverberating through the corridor!
