A very quiet and comfortable hotel located by the Shibaura River, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the city bustle. The room was spacious, and I could easily open my 29-inch suitcase by the window. Breakfast was delicious too. The station is just around the corner, and it's only about two stops from the city center. Very convenient!

Great location, but the room was a bit small and cramped for two people, though it would be perfect for one. The breakfast is highly recommended – it's extensive and very good quality. We ate it for several days in a row and it was consistently excellent.

The hotel was very clean! The room wasn't small either, and the bathroom was spotless with a separate shower and toilet, which was a nice touch. It's about an 8-minute walk to the subway station. There are convenience stores and drugstores nearby, which was really handy!

5kins walk from Tamachi station, near a lot convenience store and supermarket. Near a mall with lots of food options. Bonus: a street with full of Sakura, breakfast with a view as well.

Have always enjoyed staying at this hotel as the rooms are clean, toilet is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Rooms are small (common for japanese business hotels) but they have what you need. Toiletries & ammenities are available on 3rd floor (reception floor) in disposable packets. Shampoo, conditioner & shower gel are provided in room. Location is about 9mins walk to Tamachi station & 14 mins to Mita station, with multiple konbinis, a supermarket and food options in the area. Hotel receptionist’s body language and attitude can do better.. she seemed very hurried & impolite about everything when theres nobody else to serve.

This hotel is a convenient 5-6 minute walk from JR Tamachi Station, and it's completely barrier-free, even with luggage. The front desk is on the third floor, where you can check in and out using self-service machines, which also have Chinese language options. On the third floor, coffee and tea are provided, and besides toothbrushes and cotton swabs, some basic skincare products are also available. The front desk staff were friendly and offered necessary assistance. The hotel's location is quiet yet central, making for a very peaceful and comfortable night's sleep. The guest rooms are standard Japanese style, with the advantage of having a very spacious bathroom.

Simple but adequate hotel. Check-out was quick and the room had all the basics. Location was walkable to a few attractions. Does the job for budget travelers.

The hotel bed was super comfy and spacious enough. It's right next to the JR station and a McDonald's, making it really convenient to get to Tokyo Station.

The room was very clean and the location was excellent. Self check-in was super convenient. All the amenities in the room were great, and there were many convenience stores nearby. They even had a communal microwave and ice machine, with chopsticks and cups provided next to them.

The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from Tamachi Station on the Yamanote Line. There's a large supermarket and a food court right under the station. On the way to the hotel, you'll find plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. The buildings and residences in this area are all very new, and the surrounding environment is excellent. The hotel itself is also quite new, and the breakfast was good too.
