Sotetsu Fresa Inn Ginza-Nanachome Reviews

The room is quite small but clean. Hardly any noises in spite of the warning about renovations. Location is good is you’re going to move around Ginza and close to Haneda Airport. Early check in or late check out are impossible as they’re always fully booked. There’s a Family Market on the 1F that is very convenient. Not much variety or quality on the breakfast buffet. Not worth it paying extra. Ice machines, microwave, vending machines and laundromat on the 2F.

Room is a bit small but cozy and comfy with fluffy pillows. Sheer curtain has a bit of holes but functions well. Amenities were plentiful with a huge selection of tea bags - 5 types, even hair mask face mask etc. There is a 24 hour family mart on floor 1, reception on floor 2 (not allowed to eat on lvl 2) which gives convenient access to anything should you need, complete with table and chairs if you want to sit and eat. Also, located near the heart of Ginza. But, the toilet sink smells when you first turn the tap on.

Great location at ginza. My room was really tiny but expected for Japan standard. Just nice for one person. Works out for me since I am out the whole day and only back at night for rest. Check in and out in self service machines but staff will be there in case you need any help.

I didn’t actually stay at the hotel because we decided to move to another hotel. But I would like to commend the front desk staff for their excellent service. Because we changed hotels at the last minute, I had forgotten to cancel this reservation on trip.com. Two nights into the reservation, I suddenly remembered but I couldn’t cancel the reservation anymore on the trip.com app. So I thought I would have to pay for the entire length of reservation because of the no refund policy. However we decided to try to ask the hotel and went down and explained the situation about forgetting to cancel. The front desk staff were very understanding and explained that I would still have to pay for the two nights that had already past but they would inform trip.com to refund me the amount for the next 2 nights. And I just received the email from trip.com about the refund. So I am very thankful and grateful for their assistance!

The Sotetsu Fresa Inn’s have locations in the Tokyo, Kanagawa and Chiba districts. They currently have 15 locations and will expand to 50 locations by 2019. Their hotel name stands for FREsh, Sense, Amenity, as they want the experience they provide to be always ‘fresh’, with a ‘sense’ of comfort and ‘amenity’. We stayed in the Sotetsu Fresa Inn Tokyo Kyobashi. The hotel is modern and sleek, with comfortable beds and convenient locations.

Room is small as expected (normal for Japanese hotel rooms) but the room comes fully stocked with amenities. There is even an amenity bar at the reception that provides amenities from skincare to hair curler! Room is clean but you cannot have your luggage opened in the room, which is okay a I was the sole occupant of the room. Might not be as practical for those traveling in pairs.

The service is very good, I left 90000yen cash on the table when I checked out. The cleaning staff pick them up and wait for me to collect it back at night. Superb service

So close to ginza and shimbashi! I stayed here for the Tokyo marathon. My 2nd time at the hotel!

The service is excellent. The room is nice and tidy. Definitely will come back for staying.

Very friendly staff and they provide many amenities including skincare. Good location, family mart is right next to it so it is very convenient. A lot of food restaurants are close by, as well as shopping areas.
