Very bad, dirty, no one to take care of it, dirty in the bedroom, bathroom and hotel floor.

Stay away from this hell hole! We only just arrived to tokyo and our flight was delayed by one hour, so we arrived to the hotel at 12 instead of 11. There was no one at the reception and we kept calling them for one hour. Eventually we had to boom another hotel at 1 am and pay double. I hope this place burns to the ground

The room was very clean and the hotel is located 5 minutes walk from shinjuku station south east exit. Very convenient.
