The breakfast staff are busy with ticket exchanges, cooking, and cleaning up, so it can be hard to talk to them, which can be inconvenient.

The hotel is located at Sky Bridge Station, one stop away from Haneda Airport T3. It is very suitable for travelers with early flights or arriving late. It is about 5 minutes' drive from the airport.
The hotel provides free shuttle buses starting at 4:30 in the morning. Reservations are not allowed. First come first served. If you really miss the bus, you can take Uber or a taxi.
Because there are two hotels with similar names nearby, remember to follow Google Maps, exit from HiCity, go outside and take the elevator to the second floor, and you will arrive at Building J.
The overall appearance is very new, and the size is OK. You can open the suitcase completely.
There are coffee machines, tea bags, hot water, etc. at the check-in place.

At the hotel in Haneda Innovation City J zone, get off at Sky Bridge Station and follow the signs to the HiCity exit. There are very clear signs and you can walk there in 5 minutes.
The hotel is located near Zepp Haneda, which is very suitable for expedition accommodation. From the room, you can even see the queues of nearby sales.
The room is small but perfect for pop-up travelers, with easy access to handbags/carry-on luggage.
Note that there are no 24-hour shops around, and the only convenience store is only open until 23:00.
