Close to Ebisu station on Yamanote line and Hibya line, great location as it’s in a quieter part of the area but also has a lot of food options nearby. Walkable distance to chic neighbourhoods like Nakameguro, Daikanyama and Hiroo. Have the basics in the room. Breakfast was alright, doesn’t hurt to grab a quick toast and coffee.

The location is excellent, right next to Ebisu Station. The staff were mostly great, although I did have one unpleasant experience with a male staff member at reception who was quite rude. Thankfully, his colleague was very kind and helpful, which made up for it. I got a room on a higher floor, just as I had requested, and the view of the city was incredible. The room was also quite spacious for Tokyo, especially for one person. Overall, my stay was great, but one thing I didn’t like was the layout of the room. It was missing proper space to put your belongings, so I ended up using my suitcase as a dresser.

Front desk and housekeeping staff were very kind but the hotel itself lacked some basic amenities like a suitcase rack, cotton swabs and most importantly for me, a smoking area. I understand that smoking is strictly regulated in Shibuya, but given that fact it would be nice for the hotel to provide a designated area rather than instructing guests to walk 5 blocks each way to the often crowded public smoking area at Ebisu Station. Every other hotel I’ve stayed at in Japan has provided this. If you are a smoker definitely look elsewhere. Room and facilities were relatively clean but small and not thoughtfully designed. Only two small hooks with 2 hangers each for clothing. Many marks on the walls, especially the toilet which felt somewhat unhygienic. Decorative moss on the wall had a strange odor, and after handing you a bottle of water at check in you’re on your own for pretty much everything. Breakfast was quite basic served with plastic cutlery and often sold out of anything but plain toast by 9am. Despite the shortcomings the location was good and front desk was apologetic for lack of amenities.

A super cozy and comfortable place to stay, with a fantastic location! 😊 It's small but charming, and the front desk staff were really enthusiastic. ❤️🔥 The breakfast was a bit too simple though, just a coffee ☕ and a sandwich 🥪. If you go too late, there's hardly any variety left to choose from!

The best location to explore cute neighborhoods in Tokyo! The type of hotel where you just come back to sleep after a busy day of exploring Tokyo! Nevertheless everything is very well maintained and comfortable!

This hotel is conveniently located minutes away from Ebisu station. If you have suitcases, the way to the hotel is mostly flat so that’s a big plus. Check in/out was quick and simple. The room itself is just big enough for two adults with big suitcases but may be a challenge if both suitcases open like a clam shell. There are some wall hangers which can help you organise your clothing but there isn’t a closet space. There also isn’t any in room ironing amenities but in the corridor there is a trouser press if needed. The shower had great water pressure and the shower products offered smelled wonderful. Everything was clean and tidy with daily room service. You don’t really have a place to hang used towels if you’re already using the wall hanger for your clothes but you’re provided fresh towels everyday. The bed was good and there are conveniently located outlets and USB ports on both ends of the headboard. It was a comfortable stay for 3 nights and I would stay here again.

Beyond its good location, this hotel left me with no positive impressions. The service was below average; there was constantly no one at reception, so you had to wait for staff. What disappointed me most was the so-called breakfast – there was always no variety, just a butter sandwich every morning. There's no kettle in the rooms, and when I asked for a single glass of plain hot water at breakfast, the staff initially couldn't understand the two words 'hot water' in English. They then sent me to reception with the request, even though they clearly had the means to provide hot water – it seems customer service is only extended to their fellow citizens. Also, they only provided two bottles of water upon check-in, whereas at the same hotel chain in Osaka, they gave one bottle daily upon request. This hotel isn't worth the price they charge and doesn't even live up to a three-star rating; it feels more like a hostel. It's truly disappointing that for $200 a night, they can't even provide a kettle in the room.

Very clean and friendly place, breakfast staff catered to my nut allergy which was nice. Hotel is a short walk to the train station and is a train station down from Shibuya. Was good to be away from the crowdedness of Shibuya.

The room was quite spacious, clean, new, and quiet. The price wasn't cheap, and check-in was at 3 PM, but you could store your luggage beforehand. It's very close to Daikanyama with many dining options, and only one stop from Shibuya. Breakfast was also decent.
