First time writing a review. I came to Tokyo for a total of six days and five nights, and stayed in three different hotels. I booked this hotel for three days on the recommendation of others. First of all, it is difficult to book a room. Sometimes better rooms are available, but sometimes they are not. It is very uncomfortable to stay here. Secondly, the hygiene rating is not high. I feel that the hotel environment is lower than the average level of other Tokyo hotels. Finally, what I want to say most is that I am not afraid of paying more for the service. But this is the first time I have seen such poor service in this place in Japan😠 Other waiters felt that they were below average, and the old waiter was even more arrogant. He refused to extend the check-out time even if he wanted to extend the room type, and the problem was not solved. Also asked me 'why you angry'🤬. According to the average service attitude in Tokyo, Japan, it is really on the floor. In short, the evaluation is: not recommended.

The location is close to JR Okachimachi Station, just a 2-minute walk away. It's busy but quiet. If you want to eat something at night, you can go to Family Mart. Hygienic and clean.

The location of the hotel is moderate, the facilities are reasonable, and the water pressure in the bathroom is good. The food just wasn't enjoyable. Will stay again next time!

It was good to spend a day alone

The location and service are both good. It is next to Parco ya and very convenient.

The location is great! There is a skyline from Narita Airport directly to Ueno. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the hotel. The front desk clerk was polite. The hotel is very clean. The most important thing is that you can store your luggage! Conveniently, we arrived in the suburbs of Tokyo one day, and our luggage was already arranged in the room when we returned to the hotel the next night. Five star service! Very flattering!
