There is no face-to-face contact with the staff from check-in to check-out. If necessary, you can chat or call. It was my first time so I was nervous, but it worked out. Even though it was a small house, I was able to make the most of the space and it was easy to spend time there. However, there is no luggage storage service after check-out (staff is not always on site), which is an inconvenience. It's close to JR Kamata, but Keikyu Kamata is about a 20 minute walk. Check-out time can be extended up to 2 hours at a cost of 2,000 yen for 30 minutes. This is expensive. It's not 4000 yen for 1 hour. Overall, it's good, but is it an emergency? What happens when there is no staff? I think there will be repeat guests, but I feel that something is missing from this inn.

Good place near kamata train by 10 mins walk. Stayed for 8 days 7 nites no housekeeping at all. We were out all day everyday so dont mind it at all since they provide rubbish bin at level 1 to throw but will be nice to at least make up the room. Its self checkin counter. Facilities is great have washing machine n dryer

In principle, we liked everything. Online check-in and check-out is quite convenient. There is also a late check out service, but it costs 2000 yen for every 30 minutes. The room was clean, there was shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer; but the room is cleaned only once every 7 days... Also in the room there is a washing machine and a kitchen, which is quite convenient. The hotel is located very well, just 7 minutes to JR Kamata station. Overall 8.5/10

The hotel was like a weekly apartment.
Although we didn't have the amenities of a business hotel (lotion, coffee, toothbrushes, pajamas, etc.), we did have a microwave and tableware, and there was a convenience store nearby, so it wasn't an inconvenience.
There was also a washing machine and cooking utensils, so I would use this place again if I had to stay for several nights.
