Excellent location and service ! 3- min- walk to the metro station. A lot to explore in the neighborhood. Room is squeaky clean and spacious. Very cozy . Staffs have been extremely helpful . I emailed the hotel telling them I left my external charger in the room but I’ve checked out already . They responded within an hour and help me send it to the hotel i am currently staying and I got the package the next day . Impressive service !

The best advantage is that it is spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo. It was nice that the free minibar included alcohol.

The accessories are very complete, the mini bar is excellent, there are many items and they are all free! The bathroom smells like sewerage, mainly the bathroom. Our room type does not have a cloakroom, so we can hang some clothes in the bathroom, which is a little inconvenient.
If it weren’t for the tomb-view room, I would definitely come back. The cemetery is quite large, and it’s all around. Taking a taxi, it’s a really rough road on both sides, with a total length of one or two hundred meters. I can only say I’m shocked. If you choose, you must do a good job in psychological construction.

There is a Chinese receptionist at the front desk. The room is very nice and new. It is the best five-star hotel near Omotesando.
