首先這家「聲稱酒店」的每個房間內也配備了煮食用具和洗衣機，配備乾衣功能是非常方便的，而且也包括了晾衫用具，也設有一張四人餐座房間設計也把洗衣房洗手間等和睡房中間有門作隔離比較安靜，附近路口也有便利店，算是非常方便。但如果需要從酒店去JR東京站的旅客便要注意，因為步行路途尚算遙遠，就算步行至附近的地鐵站乘坐至東京站也是接近同樣時間。
但是但是，如果這是一家體驗非常糟糕的酒店。
第一： 我們住了三天，沒有一天進來打掃過房間，就連基本的收垃圾也沒有，更莫講話要收拾房間。
第二：店員態度非常惡劣，同行金太太懷孕和四歲女，房間只配備兩個很硬很高不太舒服的枕頭，然後向職員要求枕頭時，職員用英語語氣很差地向我解釋因為同行小童不收費，所以沒有bedding, bedding is not included。這是我破天荒第一次聽到的，就算今次旅行於東京、京都、梅田和河口湖住了四五家酒店，也沒有聽過一家酒店如此職員所解說的，因為同行小童沒有收費，所以不包括任何用品。加上他的態度令人反感，完全令人傻眼。我嘗試解釋因為同行有孕婦和幼童所以才要求多一個枕頭，職員完全拒絕。及後又無故敲門，前來給我們一個枕頭，老實說在他拒絕我們之前他也也有查看訂單紀錄，也是非常明確拒絕，及後無故那一個枕頭來，我也不知道那個枕頭是乾淨還是污糟的所以也不敢用。那個晚班職員的服務態度令人沮喪。
第三：如果是淺層睡眠的朋友更加不要選擇這家酒店，如途中顯示他的窗簾是非常透光，而且就位於床的旁邊，如果你的眼睛向窗口方向是完全不能睡着。
總括而言，這是一家體驗最租的酒店就算設備多針對家庭客戶着想我也不會向任何身邊朋友推薦這間酒店。

Overpriced given the room condition and service provided. Kitchen & washing machine with dryer are a plus. Will not stay again in this hotel though as the cleanliness is on the low end in Japanese standard.

The level of hygiene is good. There is a lot of dust in the corners but it does not affect living. The toilet and bathroom are separated, which is very convenient for families to stay. The hotel is 2 minutes walk from Shin Nibombashi train station. Room is big with washing machine is a surprise to me. The hotel is also near to Nahonbashi, just 10 minutes walk. Good for shopping. Easy to find food.
