The front desk staff's communication was quite confusing and the room arrangements were very infrequent compared to other Dormy Inns! However, the location is convenient and very close to the subway station! There are restaurants nearby

excellent location right next to exit 3 of Kodenmacho station - it's on the Hibiya line which is quite accessible. There is a 7-11 right next to the hotel too. Onsen was quite compact (though there weren't many people when I went) and the water could've been slightly hotter. Would definitely stay here again for its location!

A all-round hotel with hot spring, aligning with the standard of Dormy Inn Group. Room indeed is small in size , just like other hotel in Tokyo, and location is at the middle of 2 station.

The room is quite large for Tokyo and the place is clean, but the hot spring on the 11th floor is a bit cramped. There are free ramen, ice cream bars, and Yakult provided, which is really good. The staff is friendly and there is no problem communicating in English. I am very satisfied. The transportation is convenient. You can take the Hibiya Line to the nearby subway station to go to Ginza or Ueno without changing trains. Rich breakfast.

The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of drinks, and the room was not as small as I thought. It's nice that the neighborhood is quiet, but it's too quiet and doesn't have a touristy feel. 1 minute away from the station!! is really good.
