屎！臟亂差！吹風機還是壞的，床下還有上一個人的襪子！感覺沒有打掃衞生！

隔音沒有很好，但是價錢算便宜，淋浴間極小，閣樓起來小心撞到頭。整個空間一次只能打開一個行李箱。
要走樓梯到二樓，有行李的話，要小心一點。

思ったより新大久保駅から近く
スーツケースでの移動も苦ではありませんでした
部屋は狭いですが、承知の上でしたので問題無し
シャワーの狭さは思わず笑ってしまいましたが
口コミで知っていたのでこれも承知の上
隣の部屋の話し声や咳など良く聞こえますが
夜中1時頃に話し声が大きくて目が覚めました

房間太小，其他還好，主要是洗澡間太不方便了，衹能一個人站着，都沒法換衣服，衣服也沒處可放
設施：樓梯，沒電梯，洗澡間衹能站着太小了
衞生：倒是還算乾淨
環境：周圍大久保韓國街

It is near to shin okubo station but the room i will say it is really compact and small.For those claustrophobic didnt suggest to book this hotel.Otherwise all okay and great

Hotel is very near JR station. Hotel will provide door password one day before check-in. It is clear instruction. Room is clean except floor.
There is strange requests on the day. Hotel informs me that he will enter the room for checking Wi-Fi and I cannot reject. But they promise to take video to let me know what they do in the room. Finally they send the video and photo via email.
