Monday Apartment Hotel exceeded my expectations for comfort and convenience. The rooms were elegantly designed, featuring plush bedding and modern amenities that made for a restful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. Located near major attractions and public transport, exploring the city was a breeze. Overall, this hotel provided a perfect blend of luxury and accessibility, making it an ideal choice for travelers seeking comfort.

We stayed at Monday Apart Ueno Shinokachimachi for one night before heading to Niigata. The room was spacious and well-suited for a family, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette and washing machine were particularly useful. However, our experience with the staff was mixed. The lady at the information desk was not very approachable and came across as rude. On the other hand, the gentleman we interacted with was very nice and helpful. We hope that the lady can improve her customer service skills, as she might be more helpful and pleasant to future guests. Overall, the accommodation itself was excellent, and we would consider staying here again.

This is an apartment hotel with a kitchenette. If you are planning to cook or heat up your food, this is a good choice. The apartment is well equipped with washing machine and drying facilities. Please take note that if you are used to daily room service of tidying up the room, this is not your choice. They clean up the room once every 3 days as it is meant to be stayed as a typical house. Location is a slight longer for the nearest station. 7 to 9 minutes walk, depending on your walking speed. 7-11 is around 2 minutes walk away. So do not expect a convenience store right outside the apartment hotel.

Very happy with the place. The front desk is well versed in many languages, which is a plus. The place is near, tidy and clean. The amenities supplied was plentiful; washing and ironing can be done with hassle. Highly recommended.

Nice place to stay close to train station but far from ameryoko market. Hotel will not clear room for you every day. I stay 5 nights hotel clear room only 1 time

There was a blind attached to the windows but it didn’t block the light from the outside. There were no many restaurants near by. I had to walk for 10mins away. The price is too much for the room condition.

The hotel is very convenient. Not that bery accessible compared to the other Monday ueno but i find it more peaceful and relaxing. It is still very near to the station about 6mins walk. Plenty of convenience store on every block. Plus the fact that the location is near the ameyoko market. Just some 12mins of walking I think. This is our very first travel with my family alone, with my 4 yo son and my 14 yo daughter. We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The staffs are very friendly and attentive to your needs. The room is very clean amd spacious for the three of us. Will definitely book again on this hotel. Plus they did store our luggages before our flight after the 10am check. I get it back at 2pm before going to the airport. The hotel is very secured and safe too with passcode doors.

Great hotel....

The room was cozy and there was ample room for our family of three. It was clean and well equipped with kitchen equipments like microwave, kettle, fridge, washing machine and dryer. Toilet and shower area were separated. A large dining table was provided. Location was around 10min walk from the nearest station. Many convenience shops around the area.

The hotel has complete facilities and a comfortable environment. It is about ten minutes away from the station.
