The hotel is quite compact and the front desk are all very nice and very polite and there is a quite big supermarket nearby hotel which is good when you want to buy some snacks as a gift

The dust was so severe that I felt like I couldn't breathe at night, and I didn't sleep well at all! Moreover, the hotel next door was very noisy in the morning when it was being renovated. There was no open-air hot spring. If I wanted to cancel my reservation, I said I couldn't cancel the hotel. I thought it was a scam! Except for the front desk, it’s okay

The service attitude of the staff is very good and prompt. The room is very tidy overall. 
It's a pity that the building next door is under renovation and we can't try the hot spring on the roof
