Eos Hotel Sumida

Since I was traveling with children, I requested extra towels before my stay, and they provided them in my room, which was helpful.　 I am very grateful for that. There was a washing machine in the room so we could use it whenever we wanted, and it was also great that we could dry our clothes in the bathroom. However, when I checked in, it was not a common key, so I had a hard time figuring out how to open the lock.I had heard that the phone could be used until 10pm, so I was barely able to get through, but I couldn't get through to the phone at all, so I managed to get through. I opened it and escaped camping. It was also difficult to understand how to close the door, so I contacted them via email, but I have not heard back from them yet. I called several times, but no call back. There was some peeling wallpaper in the room, so I contacted them as well, but there was no response. There are no repeats. I stayed for 3 nights, but from the second night onwards I started to notice the smell of sewage in the bathroom. On the way from the station to the hotel, the kids could see the Sky Tree up close, so they were happy and thought it was a great experience.
