Really nice hotel. Rooms are small but very cozy. Location is very convenient, and there is a small supermarket downstairs. The staff even helped me to take out the small table so I had more space for my big luggage. Definitely not much space if you have a big luggage. What's the best about this hotel is, that the doors close very quietly. Also, there is a coin washer/dryer.

I really love this hotel. It offers currency exchange and IC card recharge services, which is very convenient for those visiting Tokyo for the first time. If you choose the PREMIER 12th floor, you'll also have access to free coffee or tea, a small lounge, and a high-end washing machine. Remember to stay in a hotel room on the 12th floor – highly recommended for families and all sizes of groups seeking accommodation.

Friendly staffs, rooms are clean. It can be a bit squeeze for two pax in a twin room. Overall, good location and nice hotel.

We had 2 rooms - one of them was very dirty and the other one had awful smell. From outside the hotel looks nice but the room interior is kind of old. I think it's okay to stop there for a night but not good for longer stays. Will not stay there again and possibly in any other koko hotel.

Arrived earlier than check in time , requested a possible earlier check in … after checking with the housekeeping department I waited for 10 mins and there was a room available for early check in but it comes with a fee . Paid 2000 yen for the early check in . Location wise its in Ginza so its in a nice location and 2 nearby convenience stores like 7-11 and Family Mart. It’s easy to get taxi too .

Hotel is convenient, about 8min walk to metro station. There’s washing machine for you to use.

location is convenient ( 5 minutes walk from subway ). Rooms are tiny but mostly electric plugs are faulty and the internet speed is a throwback to 1988. One email with attachement took exactly 23 hours to send. Avoid if you need internet access...

Location is ok and the service is just ok. Front desk is not very helpful ( maybe just one of the staff problem) One thing is good is closed to 7-11 so you will be easy to buy daily items.

I love this hotel!! Very convenient. Small but cosy. Many things were provided. Convenient location, near to the food market nearby.

The bed for too persons is way too small to even sleep. We had 2 sleepless nights here. The room interior is a dated.

Many review said the room is tidy but I don’t think so, the room is bigger than I expected and clean, even have a bathtub, in the lobby have bath salts provided as well, I am so glad I booked this hotel.

The hotel is near a few local train stations and about 10 mins walk to Tokyo station. There are restaurants and 7-11, Lawson nearby the hotel which is very good and convenient. The hotel is also in walkable distance to Ginza area which have a lot of shops, restaurant and food. The staff there are friendly and polite. The only down side is the room is too small but other than all good. There is also a 2-in-1 washer cum dryer at level 1 which is good & convenient for pple who wants to wash their clothes.

Great stay, super location I had a pleasant stayed while in Tokyo. A short walking distant to Ginza for all the shoppings and eateries. Close to subway station (Ginza Itchome Station and Kyobashi Station) which is really handy for tourists to travel around. Overall, handy location and very good price for a hotel located in Ginza.
