I specially tried the Japanese-style tatami room. The hotel is very new. It is very close to Asakusa Station. There is Kaminarimon downstairs. There is an endless stream of tourists from morning to night. There are various specialties and shops.

Magnificent ryokan very well located, an excellent welcome and a Japanese breakfast beyond our desires The room was superb we had chosen with futon and slept perfectly well Calm and serenity that sums up the place Thank you also for sending my room keys suitcase at Kyoto hotel

Gorgeous rooms in the perfect location. A small place, with probably just 15 rooms or so, but the rooms are spectacular. I'd avoid the breakfast if you have Western tastes. None of the four of us liked it, though I'm sure Japanese people would have eaten it happily. We like a lot of Japanese dishes, but not the stuff they eat for breakfast. Very little English spoken, but Google Translate helps a lot. A very nice stay, overall.
