Good and clean hotel nearby subway (around 500m walking distance) located in Tokyo downtown surrounding with many 7-11 and Family mart convenient stores. Although the room and bed is quite small for two people but I dont mind of this issue. **some who prefer a big room may not like it**

Walking distance to MRT station. Quite old but clean. Room quite big enough for 2 person. Surrounding with some restaurants. Free coffee at the lobby.

Easy access to subway with 5-6 min walking distance. Welcome coffee is provided. Only the room is not spacious enough for 2 people, room lighting is quite dark.

Excellent stay! Location 10/10, affordability 10/10 and in general everything was perfect! Easy to get to any place in the city as well as to the train station (only 20 minutes walk). Definitely recommend staying here

The staff is friendly. Check in was smooth. Great location as it is very near to Kodenmacho Station which is around 4 mins walk. The only thing to consider is the room size. It. Is quite small for two pax with huge luggage and the bed is quite hard

Everything was good in the hotel staffs are polite but they could not understand English so they could not help us with taxi or koroneko.

Comfortable and quiet for a single solo traveler. Clean room with basic amenities. Convenient and charming location in Ningyocho with nearby combinis and shukodos (small family run restaurants that serve a variety of inexpensive Japanese dishes, such as curry, ramen, soba, udon, and tempura).

Location near ningyocho station can direct to haneda and narita. Exit A 3 has elevator. Opposite has yoshinoya.

Not bad. We could walk to go hanamasa. But it was far from tokyo station but you could use the train.

A simple , no-frills hotel. Nothing fancy, but super cosy. The room is very small, but to a solo traveller like me, it's adequate. If you are not particular about the extras, like state of the art TV or a safe to store your valuables, this hotel is good enough as they still provide basics like an electric kettle, bar fridge, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, bath towel and hand towel, bathroom mat, bedroom slippers and even disposable toothbrush and tooth paste. The staff are friendly but if you need extra amenities, you have to go and collect at the registration counter on the ground floor. The hotel is less than half an hour away from Tokyo Station. With this room rate, it's a steal!

cheapest private room with toilet & bath near tokyo. room size is good enough for solo traveller. 300m from the nearest station.
ac is working fine for hot and cold air.. i think they provide coffee at the lobby. there's an elevator and the staff are all nice. they provide daily house keeping. right side is family mart and yoshinoya on the left. many eateries around. i highly recommend this hotel. 👍

Good location from hotel you can walk to 3 difference line of subway station. WiFi signal is good enough for teleconference.

Fast seamless check-in and check-out. Good location that is near two train stations with two convenience stores close by.
While the hotel seems a bit dated, it has clean and quiet soundproof room (surprisingly cannot hear the somewhat heavy traffic in the area and corridor - good for light sleepers). While the "Small Double Bed" room and bed may sound or seem a bit small, it is still quite comfortable for larger size Asian adults.
Towels (daily change of towels provided) and slippers are provided, along with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrush and toothpaste. Other items of an amenity kit can be obtained at ground level. Essentially, it is nifty and has everything a traveller needs. Free coffee offered at the lobby in the morning. Good laundry facilities (200 yen for washing about 5kg of laundry with detergent provided and 100 yen for 30 mins of drying).
