房間很小、有點舊、廁紙質量太差、廁所和浴室在一起巨小、窗户連陽台打開看隔壁、沒有什麼私隱、另酒店對面似乎是墓地、

位置方便，由日暮里南口，步行約5分鐘就可以到達，酒店可能冇重新裝修，但設備足夠。。冷氣係分體式，很好。。若要求不高，真心不錯。。。

I don’t recommend it .The room is not clean . Broken doors,broken lights. And also it is quite old. The wall is sooooo dusty. And the last but not the least is the room is so small. The price for the room is not worth it.

第三次選擇這間酒店，短暫住宿來說十分滿意。位置很好，接近skyliner的日暮里站。設施很舊但能順暢運作。房間內有微波爐比很多酒店方便。

初めに通された部屋の浴室の排水溝が髪の毛で詰まっており、部屋を変えてもらった。利用前にチェックしておいた方が良い。
2部屋目はちゃんと清掃されていた。
元々ウィークリーマンションを改装したホテルなので、設備はかなり古い。壁紙や浴室が汚れていたりするが、使用する分には問題ないと言った感じ。
立地は良く、周りにスーパーやコンビニがあり、駅まで徒歩10分弱でJRと京成線が使えたのはとても便利だった。
