Adequate size for a 2-person room at reasonable price. The reception staff was so nice allowing us for early checking in since the room booked has been cleaned up. Customer oriented !
The hotel is located at a 5-minute walking distance to the Sunshine City where you have various shopping/catering choices.

酒店及房間內設施比較舊 ; 床頭位置有塵埃 ; 床褥亦老化，中間位置下陷 ; 但酒店職員服務不錯，有禮貌。而酒店地理位置較一般，距離大塚站10分鐘，如要去池袋站則要25分鐘路程，如天氣好是還可以的，我入住3晚，有2晚都下雨，就有點狼狽了。
