Stayed again, except there was no breakfast room, everything else was good! This time I checked out one day early and didn't get a full refund, I don't know why.

Excellent location for tour around Tokyo, within 10 minutes down the main road from JR Yotsuya station (along the JR Cental line between Shinjuku and Tokyo). There's a Shabu Shabu restaurant with reasonable price and quality downstairs.

The room was very dusty, my body felt very itchy while sleeping on the bed, and there were even hairs on the hair dryer holder. I changed rooms twice and the hygiene level of each room was terrible. I really checked out early because I couldn't stand it anymore, so I suggest you not to stay!

연휴에 지낼 숙소를 알아보던 중 신주쿠에서 조금 벗어난 도큐스테이 요츠야를 선택했습니다. 전반적인 만족도를 좋았고 동네가 깨끗하고 조용해서 좋았습니다.
장점
1.다른 도쿄 호텔에 비해 객실이 넓고 침대도 큼.
2.세탁기와 냉장고(냉동실이 있는) 부엌이 있는 형태입니다.
3.요츠야 역이랑 가깝고 신주쿠, 긴자로 이동하기도 편리.
4.가격대비 훌륭합니다.
단점
1.2박이상 숙박시 기본적인 청소만(수건교체, 쓰레기정리)만 가능하며, 11시 이전에 미리 신청해야합니다.
2.수건교체, 쓰레기 정리 외 일반적인 호텔청소를 원할경우 1,500엔 정도의 별도 청소비용이 발생합니다.
넓고 조용한 숙소 원하시는 분들에게 추천합니다.

This hotel is in the perfect location for catching the train to explore the culture and sights of Tokyo. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance not to mention karaoke rooms. There is a supermarket, chemist and Family part right next door. The Breakfast was very basic and the same everyday - a toasted sandwich is you opted for the non Japanese option. The room also did not include our four year old for breakfast and it wasn’t worth paying the $14 to include him. If you are looking for just a bed then this is a great choice and the apartment style room made it very spacious. Great for families.

The location was near Yotsuya railway station. The service was very good. We were trying to understand the taxi booking services and got the staff to assist with it. She offered advice and answered our questions to the best she could. The staff is called 中岛 if I got it correctly. One of the best staff services that I have encountered while traveling overseas. Will return definitely.
