It was very clean and comfortable.
This time I only stayed there to sleep, but there is a lounge so it would be nice to relax there as well.
If you are using the dormitory, the showers can get crowded depending on the time of day.

Visited with my mom, our last day in Tokyo ends in this hotel, small bed(my mom says she nearly fell under it while sleeping😅) shared sink and bathroom, unchanged sheet with hair and stain from the previous guest. Just terrible.
The staff said they will change the sheet, but misunderstood my intention to stay inside the room while they changing it, and just left and changed shift, left us with a non-english speaking and impatient staff.
It was in the middle of a night and my mother needs to change the sheet herself after a long day travelling... I felt awful as the one who booked the hotel.
Will not recommend to anyone, except younger travellers like the student accommodation vibe, fine with bathroom on different floors and unclear sheets.

It was a stylish, clean and great guest house! I definitely want to use it again when I go to Tokyo. Personally, I was grateful that the laundry (there is a washing machine that even dries it) is free. You can buy detergent for 100 yen.
