設施：太舊了，而且很臟
衞生：各種臟，阿三管理各種臭味，真的是太差！
環境：房間不好落腳，啥都不行，真的最差的一次！
服務：沒有服務，阿三的態度真的差！差評至極！

東京的商務酒店，房間不可能寬。但酒店位置非常好。離新御徒町站步行5分鐘。附近有很多景點。樓下有羅森便利店。酒店內有洗衣機。

酒店位置新御徒町站步行約5分鐘,酒店右轉行4分鐘有超市；左轉有便利店Lawson, 有lift上落, 房門是密碼鎖,房間有微波爐雪櫃冷氣足夠；重要缺點是WiFi 非常弱！有待改進！

新御徒町駅からのアクセスは良し
ワンルームマンションをホテルとして使っているのだと思いますが部屋は手狭で清潔感も良いとは言い難いと思います。

首先説一下酒店房間衞生，真的是差的不行，是沒有人打掃房間嗎？桌子上一層灰不説還有粘粘的污漬，床單上面也是有油漬，洗手間裝沐浴露，洗手液的瓶子沒有一個乾淨的，皮椅子的皮都快磨沒了，住的特別不開心！！
