The hotel location is about a 5-minute walk from Shin-Okachimachi Station. Turn right from the hotel and there is a supermarket in 4 minutes; turn left and there is a convenience store Lawson, with lift access. The door is a code lock, and the room has a microwave, refrigerator, and sufficient air conditioning; the important disadvantage is WiFi Very weak! Room for improvement!
