There is basically no cleaning service. You need to remind them when you need to take out the trash and change towels. If you forget, you can only go to the front desk to handle it yourself.

The location is amazing, and the washing machine in the room too. The hotel is nice but the room doesn’t look like 4 stars, especially toilets. We had bad smell problem, they were super responsive trying to fix it but it was not possible.
Another problem is that you’ll not have your room cleaned every day, and this doesn’t sound 4 stars too.
The staff has been very kind and useful for any needs we had. Wifi is ok .
