In fact, I will stay here whenever I come to Tokyo for a solo trip.
Although the bathroom is shared, it is honestly drier and cleaner than my home!
There is no scale or soap scum in the bathroom and there is very little hair loss!
Shower gel and shampoo are provided, and there is a paid washing machine and dryer downstairs.
There is also a shared kitchen~
The disadvantage is that there is no staff in the middle of the night, so you cannot check in after 11 p.m. You may want to pay attention if you arrive during a super red-eye!
It is very close to Minami-Senju Station on foot, but if you have large luggage, it is not recommended to take the subway station. The stairs are really inconvenient. It is recommended to take the JR next to it, which will have an elevator, which will be more convenient!

Crew will give a stay tour & lead us to room while checking in (so warm)
Small kitchen available but got no chance to cook
Hair dryer with higher voltage will be much appreciate
Surprisingly there is a bathtub room for shared bathroom
A bit far from train station when u are with luggage
