The apartment was probably renovated, and the outside looked like a house, but shoes were not allowed inside, so I felt safe on the floor.

It is very close to JR Yamanote Line Gotanda, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the hotel. Turn right from the central exit of the station, go on the pedestrian bridge, get off the right side of the pedestrian bridge, and walk 500 meters along the main road. You will see the blue hotel sign. Check-in after 3:00 pm and check-out before 11:00 am, luggage can be stored. Relatively speaking, the price/performance ratio is very high and it is worth recommending.

It is near Gotanda Station and close to Shinagawa Station, so it is very convenient for access to central Tokyo and major attractions. I stayed at this hotel twice, in September 2023 and this December, and I plan to stay at this hotel again if I visit Tokyo in the future.
The facilities are clean, the people at the desk are friendly, and I like that the hotel has chargers.

It takes 7mins walking distance from JR station to hotel according to Google map, but you need to climb a bridge. So if you with big luggage and takes you 10mins to the hotels. It is not the most convenience.
