The hotel staff are very friendly and communication is not too difficult. There are also self-service check-in machines for the public to use, and the staff will act as isolation helpers. Because I stayed in the panda room, I was given a small gift. According to your own needs, you can go to the elevator entrance in the lobby to replenish disposable supplies such as toothbrushes. The room is small and the hygiene is very good

JR is very close, but there are stairs, which is inconvenient for carrying heavy luggage.
It takes 10 minutes to take the SKYLINER from Keisei-Ueno.

The place is very clean, the temperature of the air conditioner is just right, making it very comfortable. The quilt, pillows, and mattresses are very good, and I personally think they are moderately soft and hard. The front desk staff are very polite. They always smile and say hello politely when they go out and when they come back. The transportation is very convenient. Turn left at the door and walk a few steps to the subway exit. It is also very fast and convenient to go to Ueno Station from the underground passage to transfer to various means of transportation.
