As you commented, Hotel the Celestine Tokyo Shiba has good public transport access because there are 4 subway stations and 5 subway lines you can use. Also we are located in a quite area but in the walking distance, there is a restaurant alley called Keionakadori, therefore it is good to look around and have some food outside of the Hotel. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our lounge on 14th floor. There is a coffee machine for 24 hours, apple juice from 7am to 10pm.We also serve free alcohol from 5pm to 8pm, dry snacks from 5pm to 9pm, and Danish bread from 8pm to 9pm. We receive many good reviews about the lounge, also from those who work or study there. On the other hand, we are sorry to hear that the room you stayed did not meet your expectation. As you may know, Japanese style room is not that big compared to Western standards.We have got several types of rooms, so we would be grateful if you could try a larger room next time.
