There were several convenience stores nearby, which was convenient.
I sent my luggage early, and it was helpful that they kept it for me.

The location is the best part. It's very convenient near Ueno Station! The toothbrushes were made of delicate plastic, but it's not a problem if you think of them as disposable. Drinks are often provided, but the drip coffee was a big plus.

The room was nice and had a window. The service is good. There are laptops on the first floor that you can use for free. You can store your luggage after check-out. The staff speaks English well and even borrowed an electric iron. It is very close to Ueno Park and Ueno Station and is easy to find. It is highly recommended.
