Cons:
1. We booked a newly renovated room, and the smell was incredibly strong! If you're sensitive to smells, do not book this room.
2. The initial cleaning was poorly done; there was dust everywhere, and the air conditioning vents blew out dirt.
3. Our suitcase couldn't be fully opened due to the room's layout, which was a bit impractical, even though the room itself wasn't small.
Pros: The newly renovated Japanese-style room has great potential and is likely to become popular. It's close to the subway station, with Don Quijote and a shopping street behind it, and a 7-Eleven downstairs.

Great service from check in to check out - there are English speaking staff to assist. was able to leave my luggage after check out (11am). Room is perfect for a solo traveller, with a good price point (~SGD90). It’s walking distance to Sensoji temple, and Don Quixote. Would stay here again!

This is definitely the top choice for a hotel near Senso-ji Temple for New Year's Eve! After Hatsumode (first temple visit of the year), due to road closures, it's incredibly important to have a hotel within walking distance. The location is excellent, highly recommended!

Everything was great except for the small room. Ichiran Ramen is about 100 meters from the hotel, and Don Quijote and Uniqlo are all in the same area. The yakiniku place nearby was also delicious. I'd definitely come back again.

Everything was perfect. The single room was enough for 1 person. Only the toilet room was a little uncomfortable if you are tall but other than this, all good 😊

Really bad layout of the room. Shower and toilet are separate rooms. Sink is in the hallway, which makes it all really cramped. There is no room for your suitcases to be opened. You have to open them either in front of the door and shove it aside if you want to open the door, or you need to open it next to the bed and parkour around the room + shove it asife if you need to use the toilet. Shower does not hold a consistent temperature. Other than that the room is decent and clean and in line with expectations for a 3 star hotel.

Good price, breakfast is good and enough. Bedsheet and cleanness service is not available for every day. cozy hotel,friendly staffs, location is very good is really close to shopping street e.g Donki, RoI,Daiso,Seria,Jins,Muji, sensoji temple, Asakuza shopping area ,drug store GU, Uniqlo,3 coins,sushiro ,Kura sushi,Ramen shop , there has bunce of popular place are nearby , easy to walk to attraction place nearby, the metro station is not far from the hotel but need to walk a bit , if i have a chance to Tokyo , definitely to stay here again.
