行き方がわかりにくかったですが、JR浜松町から徒歩で行くのが無難と思いました。ホテルの電話行き方音声ガイドがわかりやすかったです。

ホテルとしては古いので電源コンセントが少なかったり、ユニットバスも古かったりもしますが、清掃が行き届いていて、スタッフの方も気持ちのいい対応をして頂けました。少し早く着いたのですが、チェックインもさせていただきありがたかったです。

靠近軌道，晚上聲音比較吵，馬桶沖水聲音也比較大，窗口對面看得到一片墓地。房間設備有點老舊，窗户不能打開，有點悶。住了一天，換酒店了。離JR車站還是近的。

素泊まりでの利用です。
前回は半額で泊れたので、時期によって変動が激しいようです（どこでもそうかもしれませんが・・・）。
寝るためだけに利用したので、部屋に対する不満はありません。きれいです。
駅からは近いと言えば近いですが、改札に到着するためには長い階段と通路を経てたどり着かなければならないので、良い運動になります。

値段相応かもしれませんが、施設も古いせいもあり、ただ寝るだけとわりきればOKかもしれません。過剰な期待をもっていくと残念といとた感じでしょうか。
