According to the price overall nothing to special I can write. The staff should be polite and humble with the guest in the reception desk .
Cleaning wasn't good specially the floor mat . It was dusty and I feel uncomfortable.
Overall we had great time. 👍

The wifi was terrible, always disconnected or without connectivity.

Excellent neighborhood with fantastic garden view, shuttle bus is a plus, bed is a bit too soft.

A bit dated, a bit dusty, missing the touch of Japanese perfection. But when hotels are super expensive… this can be an ok choice.

Within walking distance to Happo-en where I had to be for business. There is a bakery shop opposite the garden and their tarts are superb! Hotel shuttle takes takes to you to the nearest shopping mall with many options for shopping, eating and just walking around to explore.

Beautiful hotel nested in a high class housing district. Shuttle bus service to the hotel is provided from Meguro station every 15min. Beautiful Japanese garden on the ground floor.

Sport facilities are comprehensive, although a bit dated and need to be paid for.

I love coming back to Miyako hotels, ever since I first came to Japan many decades ago. Now long under Marriott, I try to add them to biz trips or quick recoveries when possible as nice stays without impacting budget much. The service is always excellent with plenty of highly trained staff looking after you for a super-smooth experience. The location is convenient on Platina Street, though your mileage may vary depending on your other plans, and the grounds feature a gorgeous Japanese garden - beautifully visible from the club lounge. Facilities feature the well appointed Miyako Health Club with gym, sauna, jacuzzi and pool. Lounge and Shisen Restaurant are excellent, too. Don’t expect much of a room upgrade though if you’re Bonvoy Plat/Titan. They have few suites and the place is popular with local Bonvoy Elite members. The Lounge access rooms are nicely appointed though with a spacious bath. I will definitely be back again.
