Very unpleasant service from the Vietnamese receptionist when check-in. She didn’t clearly give explanation of room cleaning just only keep telling no cleaning for the entire 4 nights stayed until I really insisted that it should be once at least then she offered.
In comparison to my first night at Toyoko inn Osaka, the service totally different as they are not serving at the same standard.
Location wise, it’s very inconvenient to get around.

前台不會中文，英文也不咋會，窗子剛好被酒店招牌檔死了，旁邊吃的，便利店都有，地鐵站400米左右，還不錯，但是前台要培訓一下，不夠專業，不會就少説話，説關鍵的就行了，明知客人日語不通，還説些不相關的實在是沒必要，顯得有點故意的
