Very convenient next to the train station. Shall stay here again next time.. walking distance to Ginza

Service was excellent. Even in the middle of the night there were staff answering request. Staff are polite and helpful and react to complaints immediately. Location is excellent with direct access to two major train stations although it is at the fringes of Ginza. Will stay there again

It was great all round. Perhaps it can be stated somewhere that the hotel is accessible underground from Shimbashi train station if you walk in the direction of Shiodome. This access made it so convenient to travel around Tokyo

Spent two days choosing hotels and finally here we are, which located in Ginza. Arrived at midnight and took us few minutes to find it. Took the elevator to reach 24th floor and greeted by friendly staff, who can speak fluent English. Breakfast and lunch were provided though we did not have a try. Rooms were on the 36th floor and the corridor was clean. The room was about 26 square meters, which is a bit small for people like me who carried three big suitcases. Other facilities were good and clean. Got very good view of Tokyo. There existed a foreign currency exchange machine in the lobby, but the rate is truly unfriendly. Chinese restaurant was on the 1st floor, subway station is also in the vicinity, which is convenient to travel. Overall, it is a place that worth the price.

Good location, good view

This hotel is the perfect hotel for family visiting Tokyo. It is very strategically located near Ginza and Tokyo Station, making it very convenient. The rooms is also big enough to accommodate families wanting to be in the same room. Although the price is a bit on the expensive side, the location pretty much justifies the price point.

I came back again after my last visit in December. It is a lovely hotel and has everything you could want. Breakfast is lovely and staff are very good.

Good location, near to two train stations - Shimbashi and Shiodome. Easily accessible and near to Haneda airport. Hotel is clean and reception staff is friendly and helpful. This is my 2nd stay and will return again for next trip.

Good Location Clean and big room Surrounded with local restaurants Near station

The location-wise is very good to go everywhere in the city by subway from Shimbashi or Shiodome station. I stayed three nights and asked only once to clean up my room during my stays. New bed sheets and clean towels delivered even on the day I did not ask for a cleaning up. The service is satifying, and every staff are attentive. It was really greatful for keeping our luggage in the lobby after checking out too. I recommend this hotel for a business trip or personal travel to Tokyo. Less likely to a family trip since there small room sizes.

Service was great. Although gym is small, it has 3 treadmills and 1 stationery bike Location is excellent! Staff are friendly.
