This may be because the front desk is busy. It's because of the congestion. The breakfast here is good and rich, and they also provide hot tea without caffeine. Toyoko Inn is a chain hotel. I have stayed in other hotels and the hygiene, service and facilities are all very good. Maybe this one is just an example. Too bad, ugh😑

Toyoko Inn has always been my first choice when I come to Japan, and I was not disappointed with this booking. 1.
