The surrounding area has plenty of dining options and is surrounded by three convenience stores. The Kayabacho subway station (Hibiya Line) is right outside, and it's just a straight 20-minute walk to Tokyo Station. This is highly recommended for travelers using Tokyo as a base for their explorations.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center and close to the metro, excellent service at a reasonable price! P.S. Please install luggage scales in the lobby, this would be a helpful option for foreign tourists.

One of my go-to hotels. It's convenient, offers great value for money, and the overall environment and hygiene are consistently good.

About a 15-minute walk from Tokyo Station, you can self-check-in. The room isn't big but it's clean and tidy, and there are a few convenient places to eat downstairs. It's a good option if you're staying one night during a layover.

I stayed at HOTEL LiVEMAX Kayabacho and had a very pleasant experience. It’s a typical Japanese business hotel — clean, simple, and comfortable. The location is convenient and makes it easy to get around the city. I had no complaints at all during my stay. Everything was as expected, and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Good location to the city center. Close to the tube station. Location wise excellent. But not much of facility at the hotel.

Hotel WiFi is not working, always disconnected. Also the bandwidth is too slow. Need to improve

It's an amazing trip, I love Hotel Livemax Kayabacho, I will surely book another stay in this hotel. Very highly recommended. I just hope there is a way for the lobby to call taxis early in the morning. I had a hard time dragging my luggage so far out to get a taxi.
