The hotel is quite a walk from the train station so it’s not very convenient. Location is in a quiet neighborhood. No hotel staff and you will have to follow instructions for online check-in. However, video call is available if guests need to talk to a staff. Nonetheless, it’s quite impersonal and thus there was no impact in terms of service experience. Rooms are spacious, complete with washing machine, tub, amenities. We booked a room for 3 persons. When we entered the room, only 2 beds were set up, the 3rd bed which was a sofa bed was not set up. We were told that we need to be the one to put the sheets on the sofa bed. Not a very good experience. Overall, we would prefer to stay in a hotel will hotel staff.

Poor communication and customer service. You have to call a remote reception, which is inflexible and with no knowledge of the local hotel. We have arrived 2 hours early and tried to see if we can keep the luggage until the check in. We were told a sure and inflexible no, just to turn around and see a dedicated room which was used by other customers.

Very spacious apartment/hotel. Perfect for travelling with a family

This place is new experience for me, since I can only speak to the receptionist through online tablet. There is no one at the front desk. The place is good and clean. I love their washing machine which is in my room. Only downside is it is pretty far from train station.
