Even though I mistakenly made a reservation when I entered the country with a 3-year-old, a 6-year-old, a stroller, and 3 suitcases, I was unable to cancel the reservation. Even though I had no plans and had made a reservation more than a month in advance and wanted to cancel, the Saiaku facility did not give any consideration to measures such as partial refunds and did not allow cancellations.
