The hotel truly delivered. Although the room was a bit small, the cleanliness and overall service quality were top-notch – absolutely five-star. They genuinely treat guests with respect and dignity, which is something I deeply appreciate. I feel their management is definitely more reliable than what you often find domestically. I truly hope our country continues to improve and can eventually match such high standards of service quality.

The hotel location is very good. It is very close to the station. What I liked most about this hotel was the breakfast. The breakfast is served at Coco’s, which is located inside the hotel. I personally like Coco’s breakfast, and I have eaten there many times in the past, so it was a nice experience for me. Overall, the hotel was comfortable, convenient, and a good choice for staying in Tokyo near Haneda Airport.

It's a typical business hotel, quite small, and the breakfast is also standard for a business hotel.

Was very pleasant, the hotel had accec to the subway and very close to Gotanda st.

The hotel is very close to the subway, the staff are warm and friendly, the room is clean and tidy, and there are even small gifts.

The location is great, but I get lost with the trains the first day, very funny. The room key should be left on the front desk when you go out, which I never experienced, but that is great and comfortable. The hotel seems old, but the cleaning service is great, I came back every day with clean towel in my bath room. The room is small, but there is enough space for my luggage.

Staff were very helpful, room was spotless, towels and bed were changed every day. There was noise from the street early in the morning so a room at the rear would be a better bet. Easy access to the metro line so easy to reach any part of Tokyo.
