The facilities were satisfactory. There is a washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, induction stove, and various cooking utensils, so you can cook your own food. As it is an unmanned hotel, you must wash and use towels yourself. (No laundry detergent!) Checking in was really difficult. Trip.com issues a 4-digit pin code, but hotel check-in requires a 6-digit pin code. After hanging around outside for a while, I ended up roaming and calling the hotel number...

It was an unmanned hotel. There was a self-service check-in at the front desk, but there were no clear instructions. It took me a long time to successfully enter the room because there was no staff on duty and I couldn't even find anyone to ask. The room was very clean and tidy, equipped with a washing machine and kitchen, and was very cost-effective. However, no one cleaned the room during the consecutive stays. 4 points for the room environment and facilities, but the service is basically unexperienced

It's quite a distance from the subway station. It's not a bad walk, but it's a bit tiring to carry the suitcase. The hotel is not bad, the space is ok, and I felt comfortable staying there for two days.

It was great because it was located on the Asakusa side, so you could walk from Sensoji Temple to Tokyo Skytree and see as much as you wanted. Because it is central, it is easy to move to other places. I was worried that the fact that it was an unmanned hotel might make it vulnerable to security issues, but honestly, if you try to enter with bad intentions, they will come to the front door. However, it seems that there were no problems because Japan itself does not have bad security. There were two minors and one female adult, and even though we stayed up late at night and bought a lot of late-night snacks, we didn't feel scared. Close to convenience stores and supermarkets. The facilities are clean and have everything you need. It was really nice to have a washing machine and dryer, but the inside of the washing machine was a bit dirty so I didn't use it. It would be extremely convenient if a clean washing machine and disposable detergent were additionally provided. Willing to visit again👍🏻

Nous pensions avoir réservé une simple chambre d’hôtel, il s’agissait en fait d’un petit appartement très fonctionnel et idéalement situé car à 10 mn à peine du temple de Senso Ji. Le quartier est très calme. La décoration est faite avec goût. La literie est très confortable Il y a de la place pour ranger ses affaires et poser ses valises Le séjour/cuisine est bien pensé, il y a suffisamment de vaisselle et même du produit vaisselle et éponges ce qui évite de courir en acheter. La salle de bain est suffisamment grande, et dispose de produits tels que shampoing conditionner et gel douche de qualité, il y a même un lave linge. L’insonorisation est parfaite. Nous avions même des pyjamas japonais à disposition. Et nous avons été accueilli par un réceptionniste très agréable, très serviable et qui parle parfaitement l’anglais. Ce séjour dans cet hôtel aura été un pur bonheur.
